Rev- A-Shelf is a family owned assembly plant with a product line of metal and polymer Lazy Susan components manufactured for the largest U.S. cabinet manufacturers and has grown into the market leading innovator of quality, functional residential cabinet storage and organizational products such as Lazy Susans, Kitchen Drawer Organizers, Base Cabinet and Pantry Pull-Outs, functional Waste Containers, LED lighting systems and Childproof Locking System. We continue to grow and are always looking for motivated Entry Level Assembly / Forklift Operators to join our team.

Position Summary: Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker) to load and unload warehouse materials, and move them to and from storage areas, and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities. Optimize product loads to ensure operational efficiency and identifying damages to vehicles. Production assemblers can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all functions.

• Pay: $11.25 - $12.75 per hour starting $0.45 raise after 90 days - ***Up to $13.20/hr after 90 days***

Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
Experience requirements
• No experience necessary
• Must pass mandatory drug screen
• Demonstrate use of visual controls within the assigned area and adherence to standard work
• Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, lifting devices, or other transport vehicle
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by documentation on TPM sheet
• Effectively communicate with both Union and Company Personnel
• Ensure that all parts for job are accounted for
• Package components according to procedure and requirements
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Maintain a neat and orderly flow of products and work area
• To properly use and maintain all safety apparel and equipment, when and where necessary
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
• Perform and/or run any assigned job and perform all necessary work-related duties
• Perform other duties as directed by Management
• Must be able to read and understand written and/or verbal instructions
• Powered industrial vehicle experience
• Ability to understand importance of activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives
• Basic math skills

• Subjected to lifting fifty (50) pounds, Repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing and sitting, with or without accommodation
Work hours
• 1st Shift 7am to 3pm (Monday - Friday)
• 2nd Shift 3pm to 11pm (Monday - Friday)
• 3rd Shift 11pm to 7am (Sunday - Thursday)
